Our client is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join a close-knit team based in Melton. What’s on Offer: Generous hourly rate $90–$120 per hour (depending on experience) Additional bonus structure in place Travel reimbursements for community visits/school visits (99c/km) 10 weeks off - including all school holidays! Regular team bonding and social events Responsibilities: Provide individual and group therapy for children aged 3–16 Conduct assessments, literacy interventions, and pragmatic language sessions Collaborate with psychologists, OTs, and support workers to deliver holistic care Write reports and maintain documentation with admin support Offer parent coaching and education to build family confidence Attend regular PD and supervision sessions Requirements: Degree in Speech Pathology (SPA Membership required) Experience with paediatric clients, particularly ASD or literacy support (preferred) Passion for helping children reach their full potential Strong communication and teamwork skills Driver’s licence for community visits (travel within local area reimbursed) Interested in this position?
